How do I care for my Duetto handbag or home décor item?
We recommend gently wiping your items with a soft, dry cloth. Store handbags in their protective dust bags when not in use. Keep all products away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve their beauty and longevity.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Some of our designs are limited editions, while others may return based on demand. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for restock updates and new launches.

Can I request customizations or monogramming?
At this time, we do not offer customizations or monogramming. However, we’re always listening to our community—let us know what you’d love to see in the future!
